Terms and Conditions
I authorize Angelita Winery to charge my credit card on file 3 times a year for Wine Club shipments prior to delivery. I understand that my membership is on a voluntary basis. If i choose to terminate my membership, written cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the first day of the shipping month. I understand I cannot cancel prior to receiving my 1st shipment. I understand unreported changes of address, returned packages and redirected packages will result in additional charges that I am responsible for. Shipping charges are not assessed to orders picked up. I also understand that someone 21 years or older must be present to sign at the time of delivery.
